Where is the University of Streets & Corners located?

    Although we aspire to grow into a physical brick and mortar, we primarily function as a web based retail shop. Our team operations are based out of sunny Tampa, FL. 

    How long will it take me to get my order?

    Although most domestic orders are received within 7 business days, Please allow 10-12 business days before reaching out to our support team.

    Can I cancel or change my order?

    We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

    I made two orders today. Can you combine them into one and refund the balance?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.

    I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?

    Order confirmations can be delayed, and often end up being marked as email spam. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records.

    I didn't receive a tracking number, when should I expect it?

    If you are a domestic customer, you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 5-7 business days of your purchase. If you are an international customer, you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 7-10 business days of your purchase. If you don't have it, it's possible that it got sent to your spam folder. 

    Which countries do you ship to?

    We ship internationally. Domestic/International fees are calculated at checkout.

    Can I change the address that my order is shipped? Can I pick it up at a UPS store?

    No, we only ships to the customer's listed address and cannot be rerouted to a local store.

    I noticed I entered the wrong postal code/apartment # and the package is now being returned to sender, what are the next steps to have my package reshipped to me?

    Once the package has been returned to the warehouse, we will reach out to the customers in regards to any address issues. Once the package is returned to us, please allow 2-4 business days to reship.

    I just received my online order. Can I return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different size?

    Our goal is to satisfy every every shopper. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accommodate refunds or exchanges as all sales are finals.

    I understand that all sales are final but what do I do if my order is damaged or defective? 

    We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than pristine condition. Please let us make it right. Message our support team through our "Connect With Us" page and our team will reach out to you to replace the item.


    Why did I only receive part of my order?
    Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times where this isn't feasible. Please allow 10-12 business days from order to receive all items before reaching out to our customer service team for assistance.

    I reached out to your support team, how long will it take them to respond?

    Expect a response within 3 business days from our representatives. Please allow more time during holidays.

    Will the mixtape that inspired the University of Streets & Corners  ever be released?

    The mixtape that inspired the brand has yet to be released but our promotional videos feature snippets of the music. Subscribe to our Campus Journal for the latest news on future releases.
